REVIEW: Shaken and Stirred – A Kizzie Baldwin novel by Sable Jordan

This is the second time I’m writing this review.  Sometimes WordPress and I do not see eye to eye 😉

Hallie usually has a free e-book post once a week.  This is one of her recommendations.

I really enjoyed this book.  Hated the ending though.

It’s like having sex and after the whole building up to the orgasm bit creeps up on you WHAM .. it’s like someone yells, “PAUSE!”

That doesn’t really work for me.  An author should write a book and by god give some ending to it.  Cliffhangers are great, I love them, I really do.  They keep the readers coming.  The word cliffhanger doesn’t even come close to how this book ends.

Rant over.

Kizzie Baldwin is a secret agent who finds herself on a yacht surrounded by a crowd drowning orgy.  Masters and slaves.  Doms and subs.  Sex and punishments.

And on top of all of that, Kizzie runs right into the bad guy she’s on mission to destroy.  Apparently, bad guys are supposed to be ugly because she was quite shocked to find him otherwise 🙂  Of course. …

Falling into the hands of Xander, criminal mastermind and Dom, she falls into unfamiliar sensations and territories.

Great book.  Ending is beyond lame.  Next book, Wallbanger, is said to be released in October 2011.

I recommend this book to any adult in need of some special yumminess.  Book contains severely strong sexual content and moderate violence.  Of course, the violence is more than likely a sexual punishment, but there you go!

Line of the book:

Ah, the life of a secret agent; all fast cars, fancy gear, government deniability and bad guys.  Fun and games until one of them ties you to a bench and spanks the cum out of you.

~Happy reading!
